PILATES CLASSES

Amie currently runs a number of pilates classes at venues across the West Wiltshire area. Her classes aim to be friendly and relaxed, focusing on participants experiencing their own individual physical developments and understanding.

WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a great way to improve many aspects of your physical health, and can be accessible to participants of all ages and backgrounds. Amie offers different levels and options for exercises throughout the class so participants can work at their own pace to suit their needs.
Pilates is recommended by many health professionals as a method to alleviate back pain, manage injuries, and work against postural imbalances and pains caused by physical or sedentary jobs. Pilates also effectively complements other physical activities.

CLASS SCHEDULE
Amie is currently running a mixture of indoor and outdoor pilates sessions over the Summer, which have all been risk assessed and following Covid secure guidance.

Amie offers a flexible booking system where you can book and pay for single classes at a time or a block of classes together and paying in card or cash on arrival.
