BARRE CLASSES

WHAT IS BARRE?
'Barre' is a fusion fitness class that blends movements from ballet, with the principles of pilates and flow of yoga. Exercises are performed in the centre, using a ballet-barre for support or on the floor and mostly focus on high repitions of small range movements to create an effective full-body work-out. No ballet or dance experience is needed, and exercises are low-impact which means Barre can be accessible to participants of all backgrounds.
